Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Cooling restored to proper range - 55 minutes

Service Overview

The customer reported that the fresh food section was not cooling properly, with temperatures climbing above 38°F, while the freezer compartment remained within range. A full system inspection was performed, and the root cause was identified as a failed evaporator fan motor combined with a partially blocked air duct. After replacing the fan and clearing the ducts, the system returned to normal operation. Final temperature checks confirmed stable 0–2°F in the freezer and 36–38°F in the refrigerator.
