Requirements:
- No prior experience required — full training provided by senior technicians.
- Willingness to learn modern repair techniques and use diagnostic apps/tools.
- Physical ability to assist with moving and installing large appliances safely.
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career.
- Team-player mindset with ambition to grow into an independent specialist.
Customer Care & Service Coordinator
Requirements:
- Background in customer service, call center, or field service support.
- Ability to manage technician schedules and optimize daily routes.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, and digital communication tools.
- Calm and solution-focused approach in urgent or high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
